Lentil Soup




Total Cooking Time: about 6-7 hours 
Serving Size: 1 cup of soup

Ingredients:  
1 tbspOregano
1 tspDehydrated garlic
1 cupDehydrated spinach
1/4 cupScallions
1/4 cupCelery
1 cupDehydrated cubed potatoes
1 cupLentils
2 Large bullion cubes
Preparation:  
Place all ingredients into large crock pot with 12 cups of water on high for about 6-7 hours.
OR for long term storage:
Place all ingredients into a 3 Mil vacuum bag.
Place bullion cubes in a ziplock bag befor putting into vacuum bag. You must keep bullion cubes seperate from other ingredients.
Add one 100cc oxygen pack .
Vacuum seal and store in a cool dark place.
Place vacuum bag into a mylar bag for more secure long term storage.
