Ingredients:
3 tsps rosmarin dry 4 wholes zwiebeln/onions 1 quart sellerieknolle/celeryroot 4 tbsps salt
Preparation:
all ingredients browning for 20 min. add water 1liter and maggi-fette brühe(2 Stk/pieces) boil simmering for 30 min.,than put it on a plate for getting brown in oven for about 15 min. as you like it thicken the sauce and season as you like -ready
