Total Cooking Time: 3 1/2 hours in a crockpot

Ingredients:  
1/2 tspSeasoned salt
1/2 tspOnion powder
1/4 tspBlack pepper
1/4 tspPaprika
2 cupsShredded chedder cheese
1 cupdehydrated mixed vegetables (rehydrated for 30 minutes with boiling water to cover)
2 tbspsminced garlic
1/2 cupdehydrated onions (rehydrated for 30 minutes with boiling water to cover)
2 lbs ground turkey
1 cupwater
3 cupsMashed potatoes (or 2 cups dehydrated mashed potatoes)
Preparation:  
Brown ground turkey in a skillet with the onions and spices
Put the meat in the crockpot; top with a layer of mixed vegetables
Add cup of water
Sprinkle the 2 cups of shredded cheese on top of vegetables
Press the mashed potatoes down on top of the cheese, vegetables and meat.
Sprinkle with a bit of paprika
Set your crockpot on high and cook covered for about 2 hours
Uncover and cook another 30 minutes so the potatoes can brown and get a little crusty on top
Viola! Shepherd's Pie and nearly the whole dish made with dehydrated foods. My family can't get enough of it!
