Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1/4 cup Dehydrated strawberries
  • 1/4 cup Dehydrated sliced bananas
  • 5 Ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup Yogurt
  • 3 tsp Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Mix milk, bananas, and strawberries together and place in refrigerator for 15 min.
  • Put into blender with the rest of the ingredients and blend.
  • You can change the fruit to any other dehydrated fruit (except citrus) as long as it equals ¾ cups dehydrated fruit.
