Method
- Dehydrate cooked squash (buttercup in this case), then run under a blender to make a flour.
- You may not get an even texture: it may range from fine to coarse.
- Add the squash and water into a bowl and mix.
- Microwave for 20-30 seconds and stir again.
- Can be served alone, or add beginner cereals. Don't use honey to sweeten in babies less than 1 year old.
