Product Availability and Out of Stock Items
We in no way imply that the materials on our Site are appropriate or available for use outside of the United States and we will not be able to fill your order if you require shipping outside of the United States.
When inventory is low, re-stocking orders are placed promptly to ensure a strong product selection all of the time. Occasionally, some items may be out of stock for an extended period due to freight shipping delay, processing and creation of goods, or supplier delays. Out of stock items will be removed from the Shop section and re-listed once inventory is filled.
In rare cases, a product may be in stock when you place your order, and sold out by the time your order is processed. We will contact you if this happens. Dehydrate2Store will make every effort to get the item(s) back in stock as soon as possible. If for any reason we determine that an out of stock item is no longer available, we will cancel the item from your order and notify you via email and refund your credit card or PayPal account.
PRICES AND AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS LISTED ON THE SITE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, error in pricing information received from a supplier, or any other reason, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for such product at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the full amount.
We try to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. Nevertheless, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

We guarantee your satisfaction with all Dehydrate2Store merchandise. You may return any of our products for a full refund of the purchase price (simply pay return shipping). If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will be refunded return shipping.
At Dehydrate2Store, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We believe strongly in our products and their quality. But if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return merchandise by mail within 40 days of purchase for a full refund. Merchandise must be returned unused in original packaging with all parts for a full refund. Defective items must be returned in original packaging with all parts for a full refund.

Alternate Return Policy
This policy is to be used with Weston products ONLY: products distributed directly from the manufacturer.
Weston will accept returns on any item, except food, that is deemed unsatisfactory by the customer within 30 days of purchase. Customers must call the Weston Customer Service Department at 1-800-814-4895 to request a return authorization. Once the product has been returned, WestonSupply.com will either replace the item or refund the purchase price.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by Weston, please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from Weston, or items that you did not order but received from Weston, will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.
Money-back refunds are processed through Dehydrate2Store, so If you choose to have your full purchase price refunded you must send a message to us using the contact us form with your name and the name of the product returned and we will finalize the refund once the item is received and inspected by Weston.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once received by Weston. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs only if the seller is not at fault.

Any products that have a manufacturer’s warranty may need to go through them directly. If your product is shipped with a warranty card you must fill out the card immediately and mail it to the address on the card. Warranties on items are generally void if a warranty card is not received within 30 days of receiving the item.
Processing and Shipping
Please allow 1-3 days processing on all items. Most items ship through UPS Ground in 2-5 business days. Occasionally USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days shipping) may be used. Shipping on ALL items is free.
Weston products use freight shipping, USPS, or UPS and should arrive in 1-5 business days after 1-3 days processing.
We cannot ship outside the continental United States. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you live outside the continental United States, you may contact us for information on where to find what you are looking for.
You are responsible for any payments due for any products ordered through your account. If we do not receive payment from your credit issuer or its agents, you agree to pay all amounts due to us. You shall also be responsible for any costs of collection of overdue payment.
