Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Dehydrated cooked rice
  • 1/3 cup Boiling water

Method
 

Dehydrating
  1. Prepare rise as usual, using boiling water or rice cooker.
  2. Dehydrate at 125 degree F for 8-10 hours.
Rehydrating
  1. Add boiling water to rice - About 1/3 cups water per cup of rice.
  2. Cover and let sit for 5-7 minutes, and enjoy!
