  • 3/4 cup Boiling water

Method
 

  1. Add 3/4 cups of boiling water over potatoes in a microwave safe bowl.
  2. Let stand for 15 minutes.
  3. Place in microwave oven for 1 or 2 minutes.
  4. Add butter, salt, pepper and enjoy!
