Macaroni and Cheese

Servings 4 people


  • 6 cups Water
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 cups Macaroni
  • 2 tbsp Powdered milk
  • 1 cup Powdered cheese


  • Boil water in a pot and add salt.
  • Add macaroni and cook until almost tender then drain.
  • Mix dry milk with 1/4 cup warm water.
  • Mix dehydrated cheese powder with 1/2 cup warm water.
  • Return macaroni to pot and add milk and cheese.
  • Stir to mix thoroughly. Add a little more milk if too thick.
