Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1/4 cup Dehydrated strawberries
  • 1/4 cup Dehydrated sliced bananas
  • 5 Ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup Yogurt
  • 3 tsp Sugar

Method
 

  1. Mix milk, bananas, and strawberries together and place in refrigerator for 15 min.
  2. Put into blender with the rest of the ingredients and blend.
  3. You can change the fruit to any other dehydrated fruit (except citrus) as long as it equals ¾ cups dehydrated fruit.
