Strawberry Banana Smoothie
- 2 cups Milk
- 1/4 cup Dehydrated strawberries
- 1/4 cup Dehydrated sliced bananas
- 5 Ice cubes
- 1/4 cup Yogurt
- 3 tsp Sugar
- Mix milk, bananas, and strawberries together and place in refrigerator for 15 min.
- Put into blender with the rest of the ingredients and blend.
- You can change the fruit to any other dehydrated fruit (except citrus) as long as it equals ¾ cups dehydrated fruit.
