Barley and Collard Green Soup
- 4 whole Dehydrated collard green leaves
- 3 whole Vegetable bouillon cube
- 1/2 cup Pearled barley
- 1/4 cup Dehydrated scallions
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 6 cups Water
- Place ingredients in a crock pot with 6 cups of water.
- Cook on high for about 4 hours.
